By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Trovro. These Terms are between you and Om Kumbhar (sole proprietor), operator of Trovro.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You must verify your email address with a one-time code before you can use the app.
Trovro is a technology platform and intermediary. We introduce customers to independent professionals. We do not provide the services ourselves.
When a booking is accepted, the contract for the work is directly between the customer and the professional. Trovro is not a party to it.
Professionals are independent contractors, not our employees or agents. We do not supervise, inspect or take responsibility for the work.
Verified means we reviewed an identity document and are satisfied the professional is a real person. It is not a police check, not a background or criminal-record check, not a check of skills, licences or insurance, and not a guarantee of quality or safety. Always use your own judgement.
Trovro charges no commission and never handles your money. Customers pay professionals directly, in cash or by UPI. We do not collect, hold, route or process any funds, and we are not a payment aggregator.
Because we never hold the money, we cannot issue refunds or guarantee payment. Payment disputes are strictly between the customer and the professional. Professionals are responsible for their own taxes and GST.
Prices shown are the professional's own starting price. Trovro does not set or control prices. Customers name their offer and the two parties negotiate. The final price is whatever they agree.
You must hold every licence, permit and insurance the law requires for your work; perform it with reasonable skill and care; keep your profile truthful; and use your own tools, transport and insurance. You are solely liable for any loss, damage or injury your work causes.
Give an accurate address, provide safe access, treat professionals with respect and without discrimination, and pay the agreed price promptly on completion.
Reviews must be honest and based on a real job. Fake, paid, retaliatory or defamatory reviews are prohibited. We may remove reviews that break these Terms, but we do not monitor or endorse them.
Break the law; impersonate anyone; post obscene, defamatory, harassing or unlawful content; infringe anyone's intellectual property; hack, scrape or reverse-engineer the app; harvest other users' data; manipulate ratings or verification; or discriminate against any user.
You are meeting strangers and letting them into your home, or entering someone else's. We do not run criminal background checks. Check ratings and reviews, ask to see licences for regulated work, agree the price before work starts, and never share one-time codes or UPI PINs.

The app is provided "as is", with no warranties. We make no promise about any user's honesty, skill or conduct, or about the quality, safety or timeliness of any service.
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any user, for injury, theft or property damage arising from a job, or for any payment dispute. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you is capped at ₹1,000 — reflecting that the app is free and we earn no commission.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we believe you have broken these Terms or the law, or that your conduct harms other users.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days, as required by the Information Technology Rules, 2021.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes not settled within 30 days may be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator in Mumbai, in English, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
